Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is memorable.;
Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins and check-outs, escort guests to rooms, open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed.;
Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options, provide maps and directions, and keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming.;
Keep the van clean inside and out, transport guests on scheduled runs, and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested.;
Answer the console, help with room changes, and jump in for other duties as needed.
