Frontier Railroad Services, LLC is seeking experienced Laborers to join their team in Lexington, Kentucky. These individuals will work outdoors as part of a crew repairing and maintaining railroad tracks. The ideal candidates are team players who take pride in hard work and have prior experience in railroad construction environments.

• $20+ per hour depending on experience
• Daily per diem in most cases

• Documented experience working in a railroad construction environment
• Ability to perform construction or maintenance tasks associated with railroad tracks
• Operate hand-held powered equipment and manual tools
• Willingness to adhere to safety rules and procedures
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch regularly
• Ability to lift in excess of 70 lbs
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to travel weekly to various states
• Must pass drug screen and background check

• Outdoor work experience
• Driver’s License
• Experience operating earth moving equipment in a railroad environment
• Welding experience
