You’ll drive for Penske and be represented by your clients, often wearing their branded trucks and uniform. We offer extensive training opportunities and locations across the nation, so you can move to a new city if desired. We pay every Friday, and most of our driving positions keep you home daily.

• Valid Class B CDL Airbrake endorsement required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years required.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• English language proficiency is required in accordance with federal law.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company; must maintain constant alertness and act safely, accepting responsibility for own and others’ safety.

• The associate must be able to see and hear and have the necessary vision abilities.

• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
