Household Goods Coordinator

$21–$24 per hour (DOE), $45,760–$52,000 yearly

Lexington, KY

8:00 – 17:00, full days.

• Pack, handle, load, unload, and store customer belongings safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the moving team and manage team activities during the move.
• Translate Japanese–English as needed and support business operations.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Use equipment such as forklifts, dollies, hand trucks, panel dollies, and machine carts to move items.
• Determine if regular or special warehouse packing is required.
• Ensure items are moved without damage.
• Carry out all other duties necessary for a successful and safe move.

• Fluency in English and professional Japanese; can read, write, and speak both languages.
• Significant or relevant working experience in material handling, warehouse operations, transportation, or related fields.
• Valid driving record and background check clearance.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules, inventory control procedures, and domestic/international transportation regulations.
• Physical ability to drive, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, and stand for extended periods.
• Overtime workability; willing to travel overnight.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Computer proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office.

Must perform driving and physically move items; capable of overnight travel; able to work in all weather conditions.

Position involves standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects repeatedly.
