We deliver top-tier towing, recovery, and specialized transportation services across the state and beyond, serving municipal, state, and federal agencies as well as commercial clients with professionalism and reliability.
Responsibilities and Duties- Operate heavy-duty rollback and recovery vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 26,000 lbs.
- Maintain safe driving practices and follow company policies for towing, recovery, and road service, including the removal of drive shafts and axels.
- Communicate effectively with Dispatch and customers, and work closely with Dispatch to ensure timely service.
- Follow all safety requirements and DOT rules and regulations; report any issue that could affect dispatch timelines.
- Maintain a clean truck interior and exterior, removing trash and debris daily.
- Utilize software programs and mobile devices (e.g., Samsara, GPS, Towbook).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Possess and maintain a valid Class A driver’s license; CDL license required for the vehicle and towing combination.
- At least two (2) years of heavy hauling / commercial driving experience.
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check.
- Ability to operate an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack.
- Must be able to obtain TWIC and port passes and a PVDL license.
- Time management skills; attention to detail and accuracy when documenting work, hours, and information.
- Ability to work variable hours including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor; ability to communicate calmly and effectively with Dispatch and customers.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools.
- Must be able to speak, write, and communicate in English.

Job requires lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing; substantial physical strength and stamina. Ability to lift and pull at least 50 lbs. Good hearing and vision required.
