Rollback Driver

The objective of this position is to properly investigate accounts and offer solutions to resolve accounts through either recovery or payment. No cold calling.

• Make contact with debtor
• Investigate all leads
• Minimize risk through proper operation of equipment
• Obey all company policies and regulations
• Provide timely updates and reports

• Basic computer and mechanic skills
• Ability to work long hours
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Have a valid drivers license
• Successfully pass drug screening and background investigation.

Tow truck, heavy equipment or repossession experience preferred.

The objective of this position is to provide quality customer service in our office.

• Manage day-to-day operations
• Assist drivers in release of property
• Work with repossession software
• Relay information to agents
• Coordinate and communicate with headquarters to ensure proper payment and documentation for release of property.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Office experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Mircrosoft Office
• Valid drivers license
• Successfully pass drug screen and background investigations.

The objective of this position is to provide prompt and quality flat-bed towing service to clients; handle transport and unload of vehicles.

• Loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles following proper safety procedures
• Provide timely and professional customer service
• Communicate well with dispatch, office staff

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, DOT physical and background investigations
• Towing experience preferred but not necessary, will train the right candidates.
