EssentialDuties and Tasks
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks. Package and bundle material for transporting.
- Drive company‑own trucks to various locations.
- Operate textile baler and tow motor/forklift after equipment training is received, if applicable. Goodwill prohibits minors (under the age of 18) from operating equipment such as balers, compactors, and forklifts in accordance with child labor laws.
- Follow all safety procedures and correct safety issues, if possible.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable for company‑provided insurance.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift/carry 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
