CDL-A Team Driver
Home Time:
Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.
- Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74 per mile, based on verified experience.
- Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52 per mile, based on verified experience.
- Clean DOT Inspection:
Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received. - Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
- $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver), if a team has worked together for at least 90 days. FL and CA drivers are excluded.
- After 60 days of active service you may elect Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
- After 180 days of active service you may elect the company 401(k) plan.
- Benefits must be elected during open‑enrollment windows.
- Valid class A license.
- No more than one serious traffic violation in the last year.
- No critical accidents in the last year.
- No DUI in the last four years.
