Starting Base Pay Per Practical Mile

• 9-29 months: $0.69 with Hazmat, $0.67 without Hazmat
• 30+ months: $0.71 with Hazmat, $0.69 without Hazmat

Safety-Based Bonus Opportunities (Every 90 Days)

• CSA Safety Bonus: Up to $875 (with Hazmat Endorsement) or $700 + 8 hours Paid Time Off.
• On-Road Safety Bonus: $600

Hiring Bonuses (Limited Time Offers)

• Option 1 (with qualifying safety record):
  Initial Sign-On Bonus of $1,475 (with Hazmat) or $1,300
  . Plus an opportunity for $600 after 30 days. Includes Paid Time Off and Orientation Pay.
• Option 2: Initial Sign-On Bonus of $1,125 and Orientation Pay.

Additional Pay and Raises

• Band Pay: Extra pay on short hauls ($35.00 for 0-100 miles, $25.00 for 101-400 miles), loaded miles only.
• Anniversary Bonus of $100 for each year of continuous service.
• Detention pay after only 1 hour

• Expected Home Time:
  48 hours on the weekends

• A valid and current Class A CDL

• 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months is sufficient if Teaming—call for details).

• No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years.
