Job Requirements:

Messier and Associates, a local Dump Truck Company is currently seeking home daily Class A or B CDL Drivers.

• Drivers must have proven experience in dump trucks to be paid higher wages. Drivers with no dump truck experience will start at a lower scale pay.
• Drivers must have a valid CDL
• Must have reliable transportation
• We are looking for dependable employees if you are an employee who misses a lot of work this company may not be a good fit for you.
• We work Monday through Friday and we do work on Saturdays as the job requires. Shifts start typically at 7:00am to 6pm but all shifts are different depending on client.
• We require people who can be flexible with their schedules
• We occasionally have night shift work but will pay a large differential if you work on a night shift crew which is strictly volunteer basis.
• We want detail oriented people who pay attention
• We are looking for people who know how to pre and post trip a truck and take that seriously
• We want to make Safety Priority

Wage Range:

• Wage Range: $20 per hour - $30 per hour Hourly USD

Job Description:

• Must be able to drive a Dump Truck
• Must put Safety First and have a driving record
• Must be able give excellent customer service
• Must have the ability to communicate with office personnel about any issues on the job sites.
• Must be take their job seriously.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
• Must be able to work a smart phone and be willing to download the apps required to do your position
• Would prefer someone with experience doing Asphalt, Rock, Milling, Dirt but will train
