Warehouse & Office Coordinator
- Starting Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per Hour based on Experience
- Full Time, Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Office Coordinator to support both our warehouse and office operations. This position requires a hands‑on individual who can manage multiple projects, maintain accurate records, communicate professionally with customers, and assist with daily warehouse activities.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of tracking and documenting multiple ongoing projects, and willing to work both at a desk and on the warehouse floor. This role is critical to ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers are supported, and warehouse operations run efficiently.
Job Responsibilities Office Duties- Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets used to track customer projects, inventory, shipments, and operational activities.
- Document and monitor multiple ongoing projects to ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met.
- Answer phones and communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and carriers.
- Schedule inbound appointments for Warehouse 2 and Warehouse 3.
- Process and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Prepare and organize paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documents.
- Create and apply shipping and inventory labels using label‑making equipment.
- Communicate order updates, shipment information, and scheduling details to customers.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact customers or operations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify orders before shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Check off orders against packing lists and customer requirements.
- Package and wrap parts for shipment using proper materials and procedures.
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and general computer skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Able to read, write and understand English to understand and execute instructions for daily tasks and to read orders accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Forklift experience a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 LBS without assistance.
- Ability to package, label, and move inventory as required.
- Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
