Shift: 5am - 1:30pm (M-F) + OT

Shift: 5am - 1:30pm (M-F) + OT

• Utilize iPad and RF scanner to accurately move and track inventory (location-based inventory)
• Replenish inventory in the load building area with an electric forklift
• Utilize layer-picker attachment on electric forklift to build pallets for the load build team.
• Receive and verify inbound shipments. (Occasional)
• Follow KY Eagle’s supplier guidelines for product freshness using First In First Out product rotation process.
• Operate an electric walk/rider pallet jack while picking product and stacking cases onto a pallet.
• Pick orders with paper load sheet.
• Verify picked orders for accuracy using RF scanner and entering pallet weight.
• Wrap built pallets using wrapping machine.
• General housekeeping in warehouse; sweeping, cleaning, and emptying trash.
• Follow KY Eagle safety and work policies.
• Other tasks assigned by management

• 1 year of class 3 material handling equipment (Forklift / Walkie Rider) experience.
• Ability to routinely lift 35 pounds. Occasional lifting of 165 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, lift including above shoulder level and carry cases of product on regular basis.
• Able to follow spoken commands through voice pick and verify pick locations by reading warehouse pallet location placards.
• Ability to operate an electric forklift to build pallets. This candidate must be able to read and comprehend the layer configurations of products picked.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
• Work overtime as needed.
