We are partnering with a company in the Lexington, MA area who is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. This role will work directly with the Head of Finance on various accounting duties and month-end.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on with operational accounting, AP & AR
- Process and manage invoices, resolving any discrepancies
- Handle cash reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis
- Assist with annual audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Quick Books experience highly preferred
Compensation: 60K-70K depending on experience
