Overview

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) professional to support financial operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, consistency in prior roles, and the ability to manage AR processes independently.

• Hours: 30 hours/week
• Location: Lexington, MA, Monday & Friday Remote.
• Pay: $25–$28/hour (with potential increase to ~$30/hour upon conversion)

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Support month-end close activities related to AR

• 5+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Strong tenure and demonstrated stability in prior roles
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured, onsite environment
• Experience with accounting systems (SAP experience is a plus, not required)

• Background in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments (highly desirable)
