Overview
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) professional to support financial operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, consistency in prior roles, and the ability to manage AR processes independently.
Schedule & Compensation- Hours: 30 hours/week
- Location: Lexington, MA, Monday & Friday Remote.
- Pay: $25–$28/hour (with potential increase to ~$30/hour upon conversion)
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Support month-end close activities related to AR
- 5+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
- Strong tenure and demonstrated stability in prior roles
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured, onsite environment
- Experience with accounting systems (SAP experience is a plus, not required)
- Background in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments (highly desirable)
- Consistent part-time schedule with Fridays off
