Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Our client, a highly successful global public company, is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join its collaborative Corporate Finance team.

This highly visible role offers the opportunity to work on complex accounting matters, global lease accounting, SEC filings, and process improvement initiatives while partnering with finance leaders and teams across the organization.

• Support lease accounting and ASC 842
  , including lease liabilities, ROU assets, expense, and amortization
• Research and analyze complex technical accounting matters
• Support SEC reporting
  , including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, footnotes, and MD&A
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, and business teams globally
• Assist with complex transactions, including revenue recognition, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Drive process improvements through automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions
• Support internal controls, compliance, and audit activities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of accounting, financial reporting, or public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and exposure to ASC 842
• Experience with or exposure to SEC reporting
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• CPA and/or public accounting experience is a plus
