Position:
Procurement Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months

Location:

Lexington, MA

Responsibilities will evolve with division and individual's development. Initial responsibilities include:

• Looking for someone who is good in dealing with people and has a knowledge of what goes in operations
• Experience in a regulated environment but to deal more with the business side
• Anything that's non-scientific in order to keep the business running
• Roles include budget work, business review with procurement, meetings with vendors, administrative works, resource level (head counting)

Qualifications:

• Experience with in the industry (Pharma/Biotech)
• Office Tools knowledge
  - Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Point
• Good at dealing with people- sort of customer service attitude
• Bachelor's degree- either from the scientific or business field
• Doesn't necessarily need clinical operations experience, just general understanding of regulated environments
• Experience with documentation (reviews etc.) could be helpful
• Could be anyone coming from scientist roles, finance type of role who moved in the operation sides
• Role has some aspects of Project coordinator

Interview process:

• Will start with phone screen with HM herself
• Candidates that will move forward will have an on-site with HM herself, HM's direct manager and the director of NCD department
