US Commercial Enablement Lead

Commercial – Hybrid/Remote – U.S. Based

Pharvaris is a Nasdaq listed late-stage biotech company developing bradykinin B2 receptor antagonists for bradykinin-mediated diseases, with offices in Switzerland (Zug), the Netherlands (Leiden) and the U.S.A. (greater Boston area). We aim at bringing new, more convenient options to Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) patients who suffer sudden and prolonged attacks of swelling in multiple areas of the body including the airway, which can be life-threatening.

As we are expanding the US Commercial team, we are looking for a US Commercial Enablement Lead, to join our team and report to the Head of Commercial Operations, North America.

The US Commercial Enablement Lead will be responsible for leading the governance, optimization, and administration of commercial systems and field infrastructure. The Enablement Lead will also be responsible for maintaining incentive compensation plan details and data, and supporting sales operations processes and territory alignment activities to support effective field execution. This role will partner across functions to enhance business systems, enable AI-driven capabilities and analytics, maintain organizational data integrity, and ensure operational excellence across the U.S. commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Systems & Tools Management

  • Manage and optimize key commercial platforms, including:
    • CRM (e.g., Life Sciences Cloud)
    • Commercial learning management systems (LMS)
    • Sales reporting and analytics tools
  • Ensure systems are configured, maintained, and utilized effectively to support field execution
  • Partner cross-functionally and lead system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution
  • Shape the Commercial Systems direction and accountable for the long-term roadmap

Roster & Field Infrastructure

  • Develop and maintain the field roster system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date alignment of personnel, territories, and reporting structures
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for onboarding and offboarding processes related to field systems and access

US Sales Operations Support

  • Provide operational support for US Sales Operations, ensuring smooth execution of key processes and initiatives
  • Assist with ongoing field support needs, including reporting, systems access, and issue resolution

Incentive Compensation Governance

  • Maintain incentive compensation plan details, ensuring accurate storage, documentation, and governance
  • Support transparency and alignment by ensuring plan information is accurately reflected across systems and tools

Territory Alignment

  • Contribute to territory alignment processes by:
    • Supporting data updates
    • Maintaining alignment structures
    • Ensuring optimal resource deployment across the field organization

AI & Advanced Tools Enablement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and ongoing use of AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics
  • Help ensure insights and technologies are effectively integrated into field workflows and decision-making
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales operations, analytics, or commercial strategy experience; rare disease experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in incentive compensation, territory design/alignment, and sales reporting.
  • Experience with CRM, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Excel modeling.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with evolving priorities.
