Job Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of federal construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project challenges and implement solutions.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
