The Special Education Teacher will provide specialized instruction and targeted support to students within a collaborative high school setting. This role involves developing and implementing individualized learning plans, monitoring and assessing student progress, and working closely with general educators, support staff, and families to promote both academic achievement and social-emotional growth. This is a maternity leave coverage position from April through July and is ideal for a licensed Special Education Teacher seeking to make a meaningful, short-term impact.

• Valid Massachusetts Teaching License with Special Education (Moderate Disabilities) certification
• Eligible to teach in MA through DESE
• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's preferred
• Designs & delivers individualized instruction for students with disabilities
• Knowledge of MA Special Education laws and IEP development
• Classroom experience Monday-Friday, structured setting
• Experience with students who are nonverbal, on the autism spectrum, prone to tantrums, runners, or wheelchair bound preferred
