Minuteman is seeking instructors for a variety of academic classes. Courses are subject to sufficient enrollment. Courses with low enrollment may be canceled prior to the start date.
Major Responsibilities- Implement and design program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students.
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and student records.
- Prepare instructional materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Support credit recovery, remediation, or enrichment goals depending on the summer program structure.
- Prior teaching or substitute teaching experience required.
- Knowledge of the Massachusetts Frameworks for subject area.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public, walking around the school, standing for periods, occasionally lifting and carrying items, reading documents, using a computer, listening and speaking, using office equipment, maintaining energy throughout the day, and handling stress effectively.
- Part-Time.
- Academic courses: 7/6/26-7/24/26.
- Hours will vary based on District and student needs.
- Typical workday is from 7:45am - 2:45pm.
- July 6, 2026 - July 24, 2026.

- Hourly rate: $65.00.
