Summer Program Aide

Position: Summer 2026: Program Aide
Minuteman is seeking an aide to support our summer programs. Major Responsibilities:

* Interact, initiate and encourage the children in the activities during the day.

* Maintain good communication with parents and to make each parent feel at ease.

* Assist administration in implementing policies and rules governing student life and conduct such as student pick up and drop off, attendance, and lunch supervision.

* Locate and compile information and prepare activities, demonstrations, equipment, and other.

Qualifications:

* Experience in and knowledge of the Career and Technical Education field.

* Have experience working with students.

* Preference availability to work all 3 sessions from 7/6/2026-7/24/2026, from 7:45 am- 2:45 pm.

Additional Requirements:

* This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public, walking around the school, standing for periods, occasionally lifting and carrying items, reading documents, using a computer, listening and speaking, using office equipment, maintaining energy throughout the day, and handling stress effectively.

Terms of Employment:

* Part-Time from July 6, 2026 - July 24,2026.

* Hours will vary based on District and student needs.

* Typical workday is from 7:45am - 2:45pm.

Effective Dates of Employment:

* July 6, 2026 - July 24, 2026.

Compensation:

* Hourly rate: $25.00.
