• Actively lead a teaching team in planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Engage in positive and nurturing child interactions at all times.
• Complete child assessments and observations for primary children.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Meet Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher qualifications.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
