Job Description

Cotting is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to provide intensive, individualized support to our students at off-campus work and community sites. What You'll Do:

  • Provide highly individualized and consistent supervision and instruction to students with severe special education needs, ensuring their safety and progress at all times in community and vocational settings.
  • Facilitate transportation to and from off‑campus worksites, often assisting with mobility as needed.
  • Meticulously understand and implement each student's specific medical, behavioral, communication, and educational protocols (including positive behavior support plans), maintaining current knowledge of their comprehensive student information.
