Responsibilities- Collaborate with your co‑teacher to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, play‑based curriculum.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment.
- Share responsibility for daily classroom operations, including setup, cleaning, and organization.
- Provide attentive care, including diapering and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain clear communication and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture.
- EEC Teacher certification required or willingness to obtain it.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Previous experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance strategies.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with a co‑teacher.
- Warm, patient, and engaging approach with children and families.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Monday – Thursday 9 am to 5 pm, Fridays 9 am to 3 pm or Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm.
