Test EngineerProvide test expertise and systems engineering support across the full lifecycle of programs. Bridge warfighter capability needs with acquisition planning, ensuring interoperability and supporting enterprise-level strategies for requirements, acquisition, and sustainment. Facilitate collaborative processes linking capability needs to materiel solutions. Research program information, provide systems engineering insight, conduct analyses, and prepare briefings. Support interfaces with development planning, technology, intelligence, acquisition, sustainment, and user communities.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including TEMPs, SEPs, test plans, LCSP, and milestone documentation. Identify and analyze future capability solution sets and support capability integration planning.
- 5+ years of experience with systems engineering principles, acquisition processes, and sustainment strategies
- 5+ years of experience supporting DoD or government T&E efforts, including preparing TEMPs
- Experience with DoD acquisition processes and system engineering practices
- Ability to develop and review complex technical documentation and plans
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience as a USAF Logistics
Functional Area
Manager - Experience with requirements of DoD 5000 series document
- Experience in risk management, OSS&E, and safety compliance
- Possession of excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Secret clearance is required.
CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD).
