The Imaging team develops state‑of‑the‑art imaging systems across both hardware and software, tackling significant security challenges for America and its allies using computer vision, perception, electro‑optical, infrared, and sensor data.

Anduril’s Supply Chain team seeks a Senior Supply Planner to manage the planning and sourcing of materials for rapidly iterating defense hardware. The role owns material flow throughout the value chain, signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing, forecasts supply needs, and ensures inventory levels support production within stringent quality standards.

• Collaborate with Demand Planning to develop supply plans that meet holistic material needs.
• Coordinate procurement execution to maintain stock level targets.
• Align component availability and production scheduling with procurement.
• Escalate material shortages to purchasing and production teams.
• Prioritize supply allocations with cross‑functional teams.
• Work with Engineering to provide visibility into material coverage on component changes.
• Manage consumables inventory to support production.
• Develop and maintain processes for MRP and master data management.

• 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in supply chain or production roles involving complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
• 3+ years of supply planning experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of an entire value chain, coordinating multiple internal and external parties to achieve on‑time deliveries under strict quality standards.
• Prior knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Willingness to assume substantial responsibility across supply chain, logistics, engineering, and material planning functions with a bias toward speed and accuracy.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma principles in practice.

$129,000 – $171,000 USD (base salary only). Actual offer may vary based on experience, education, skill set, and business considerations.
