Role
Human Factors Engineer III supporting medical device and combination product development, focusing on user-centered design, usability, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- lead Human Factors activities including user research, usability testing, risk management, and validation in accordance with IEC and ISO standards;
- develop documentation such as Usability Engineering Files and validation reports;
- coordinate vendor management for research studies;
- and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, regulatory, quality, and digital functions.
- Master's degree in Human Factors, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering, or Bachelor's with 2+ years of relevant industry experience;
- physical health to conduct site visits and user testing.
High-value: medical device and combination products, digital and AI-augmented research, regulatory compliance with IEC/ISO, and cross-functional collaboration.
Location:
