PositionManager of Investor Relations, reporting to the Director of Investor Relations. The role serves as a core contributor across recurring IR work streams, including materials development, investor analytics, sell‑side engagement, and stakeholder communications. This role collaborates with clinical, commercial, finance, marketing, and legal teams to communicate Kiniksa’s business principles, corporate vision, financial performance, and value creation strategy. This role is based in the Lexington office and requires onsite presence five days per week.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the implementation of an IR program aligned with the company’s strategy and goals
- Support message development to educate the capital markets on corporate strategy, execution, opportunity set, and potential risks
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of core messaging materials, including investor presentations, press releases, call scripts, and Q&A documents
- Monitor sell‑side consensus and analyze equity research models and valuation frameworks
- Track and provide feedback on changes to the shareholder base, investor sentiment, peer performance, and capital markets trends
- Research and maintain a prioritized institutional investor target list, including investment style profiling and CRM management
- Track investor interactions and prepare executive‑level briefing materials for key spokespeople for investor conferences, roadshows, scientific/medical meetings, and earnings
- Manage relationships and work streams with third‑party service providers
- Understand innovative IR strategies and best‑in‑class tactics through benchmarking
- Support digital IR strategy, including maintenance of the IR website and investor‑facing channels; ensure digital content aligns with approved messaging
- Ownership of execution quality and consistency in a lean, high‑accountability IR team
- Comprehension of capital markets, public company disclosures, and financial reporting
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft concise, accurate presentations
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree a plus; 3+ years of relevant IR or financial communications experience (biopharma experience a plus)
- Experience with IR analytics platforms (e.g., Nasdaq IR Insight, Fact Set/IRwin, Alpha Sense)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work across functions, manage evolving priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Curiosity about the biopharma sector, science, competitive landscape, and investment thesis beyond communications
Compensation decisions are based on objective criteria including role responsibilities, experience/qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and external market benchmarks.
Pay Range
$149,000 – $158,000 USD
