This role is based in Lexington, MA, with a hybrid work model. The Associate Director will provide clinical project management and leadership to ensure successful operational execution of US Medical Clinical Research, including MACS and IIR studies. Responsibilities include translating strategy into research plans, managing study design and conduct, overseeing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to meet project and strategic objectives.

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute research strategies.
• Design and conduct MACS, collaborative studies, and IIRs in compliance with all applicable guidelines.
• Manage project prioritization, resource needs, operational planning, and reporting.
• Represent US Medical in external collaborations and oversee study progress and budgets.
• Identify process improvements and lead high-performing study teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in science; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience, including clinical project management.
• Experience managing complex clinical studies and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and good clinical practice.
