At Keros, our mission is to deliver significant clinical benefit to a wide range of patients with disorders that are linked to dysfunctional signaling of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) family of proteins. With a focus on developing differentiated product candidates that are designed to alter TGF-β signaling, we aim to target the pathways critical for the growth, repair and maintenance of blood cells and a number of tissues, including bone, skeletal muscle, adipose and heart tissue.
We believe our product candidates have the potential to unlock the full therapeutic benefits of modulating the TGF-β superfamily and provide disease-modifying benefit to patients.
This role is responsible for elements of the quality control stability programs. This will include exposure to the development of stability studies, interpretation of stability data, documentation of stability results, establishment of drug shelf life and proper archiving of stability data with emphasis on the later in this role. A successful candidate will exhibit a willingness to learn, strong organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Participate in the design of stability studies
- Participate in the shipment of stability samples as needed
- Track the progress of timely Drug Substance, Drug Product, Placebo stability testing
- Input of stability data into stability database
- Upload of a backlog of stability data into a document management system
- Participate in the establishment of product shelf life
- Familiar with protein biochemistry
- Familiar with general biology lab techniques
- Familiar with statistical analysis
- Technical and scientific writing and presentation skills
- Highly organized
- Experience with Microsoft suite of applications
- Experience with JMP statistical software
- Currently enrolled in a biology, chemistry, biochemistry or related program
Potential base pay range: $28—$32 USD
