Life Stance Health is seeking a Psychiatrist with a strong interest in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to join their multidisciplinary team in Massachusetts. This role involves providing quality mental health care services, with an emphasis on teamwork, patient outcomes, and program growth. The position offers flexibility for either a mix of TMS and outpatient psychiatric clinic work or primarily TMS services, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.

- Multidisciplinary group composed of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and neuropsychologists
- Adding TMS to one of our Massachusetts locations in the coming months
- TMS offices in Lexington
- Well-appointed offices
- EMR system with electronic prescribing
- Peer consultation groups
Responsibilities
- Participate in training to develop TMS skills, if not already experienced
- Commit to at least two in-person clinic days per week for mapping and remapping visits
- Conduct initial patient assessments (in person or via telehealth), confirm diagnoses, and document medical necessity using an AMD template and supporting forms
- Closely oversee the TMS technician, co-sign daily treatment notes, and be readily available for clinical questions
- Monitor patient progress, adjust protocols as needed, and provide discharge summaries to the primary/referring psychiatric clinician
- Represent the TMS program to internal and external clinicians, to educate, and coordinate care
Compensation
- Compensation for supervising PMHNP's
- Above average W2 compensation package
- $300,000-$373,000
- Compensation model based on productivity
