Abernathy Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate openings in Burlington, Lexington, Bedford, Lincoln, Concord, and surrounding communities.

As a Home Health Aide with Abernathy Home Care, you'll provide personalized care and support to seniors and adults living in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
• Providing mobility, transfer, and ambulation assistance
• Preparing meals
• Assisting with light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and social support
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Following individualized care plans
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

• Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
• Current TB documentation
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Dependable and professional communication
• Compassionate approach to working with seniors and adults who need support

We are currently looking for caregivers for clients throughout:

Burlington | Lexington | Bedford | Lincoln | Concord and surrounding communities

Home care can be a great fit for caregivers looking for flexibility. Our available assignments may include:

• Short 2–4 hour shifts
• Longer shifts
