Title:

Training Coordinator

Duration: 6 months + (with possible extension)

Location:

Lexington MA

Job Duty and

Description:

Administration of the training system, including but not limited to:

• Provide ongoing administration and support for the Track Wise training system

• Maintain curricula by processing changes to training requirements and curricula in support of Quality and Supply Chain groups at a minimum.

• Assist with the coordination, logistics, preparation and maintenance of training schedules, plans and materials for training requirements in support of Quality and Supply Chain groups at minimum.

• Generate training reports as needed

• Provide support related to the training system by monitor incoming questions/issues via the training mailbox and assure resolution

• May assist with the delivery of training for the Track Wise Training System

• Perform additional tasks as requested

Relevant experience Key Skills and Competencies Required :

• Ability to prioritize and plan own activities in accomplishing objectives.

Effective communication both verbal and written

• Working knowledge of industry/cGMP requirements

• Interpersonal skills and professional skills

• Must be customer focused and service oriented

• Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel), Outlook, Learning Management System(s)

• Superior organizational and multitasking capabilities
