Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance

We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Business Analyst to join our Financial Systems Operations team. In this vital role, you will support the management, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP S/4

HANA environment and peripheral financial systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules, strong analytical skills, and experience providing operational support for SAP environments.

• Support the management and maintenance of our financial systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Document business requirements for initiatives.
• Assist in regular system reviews as well as support data and authorization integrity checks.
• Complete initial intake and troubleshooting of system issues in a timely manner.
• Translate business requirements for the development of functional and technical specifications for handoff to the Level Three (L3) team.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, procedures, policies, and technical guides.
• Assist in implementing new financial systems and integrating existing systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience supporting financial systems.
• Functional proficiency in SAP S/4
  
  HANA or SAP ECC (specifically GL, AP, AR, AA, and Controlling).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, system lifecycle management and access management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on system accuracy, reliability, and customer support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize support effectively.

• Experience in a corporate or governmental finance environment.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Experience with system integration and automation.
• Experience with project management.

Hiring Range: $87,600 – $114,600;
