Technical Support EngineerRequired Qualifications
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering (Structural).
- Proficiency in structural steel design (AISC).
- Experience in using structural analysis and design software.
- Excellent communication skills, including technical writing.
- Customer technical support by email and telephone.
- Advising clients on effective application of the software.
- Assisting users in troubleshooting software issues.
- Verification of bugs, testing of fixes, and full product testing for new version releases.
- User training (classroom and online).
- Reviewing and expanding software documentation.
Location:
Lexington, MA. Telecommuting may be considered.
