Microsoft 365 Technician, Mid

Microsoft 365 Technician role focuses on sustaining Microsoft 365 and Azure services within the SIPRNet cloud. Responsibilities include operation, maintenance, and automation of Exchange, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, and Power Platform, as well as advising the USAF on best practices and cloud adoption.

As an M365 Technician, you will help develop cloud‑based solutions to support DoD warfighter communication. You will work with the client to inform strategy and design, recommend tools, assess the current environment, and implement best‑practice automation. Your expertise will help the customer overcome challenges of adopting and delivering cloud services, while you sharpen your skills in cloud security and Azure technology.

• Experience operating and maintaining cloud services in large organizations
• Knowledge of DoD network structure and concepts
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ Certification

• Knowledge of the USAF network
• Knowledge of AFNET change management and incident management processes
• Knowledge of USAF and cloud interconnectivity

The projected annualized compensation range for this position is $61,900 to $141,000. Remote
