Family Law Associate

The Family Law Associate will be responsible for working on family law cases, including divorce, custody, and other related legal matters. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, case research, drafting legal documents, filing court submissions, strategizing legal arguments, and representing clients in court proceedings or mediations. There are 2 full-time, on-site positions - one based in our Lexington, MA office and one in our Nashua, NH office, requiring a commitment to providing top-quality legal services to our valued clients.

• Experience in Family Law working on cases in areas such as divorce, custody and restraining order matters.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and courtroom representation
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• 1-5 years of family law experience is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Must be presently barred to practice law in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire
