Feinmann is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day construction activities, maintain site safety, and ensure quality control on large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate material and labor with the Project Manager
* Supervise subcontractors and enforce specifications
* Maintain job site safety and workflow
* Deliver project punch lists and close-out
Qualifications
* Supervisory experience in residential construction
* Experience managing high-end projects exceeding $1M
* Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
* Reliable transportation and a full set of tools
Compensation & Benefits
* $35-$45/hr based on experience
* Paid Time Off & Holidays
* Health & Dental Insurance (after 90 days)
* 401(k) with 10% company match
* ESOP after 1,000 hours
* Mileage reimbursement
