About the RoleAs a Systems Engineer on our team, you’ll help shape and modernize systems for the Department of War. ResponsibilitiesThe role involves system design, development, evaluation, refinement, and modernization of DoW capabilities.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience with engineering on a DoD, national security, or aerospace program
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
- INCOSE Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP) Certification
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;
Secret clearance is required.
Salary range: $62,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible.

Work Model- Remote: Position may require occasional onsite work.
- Hybrid: Frequent work at a Booz Allen facility and occasional visits to a customer site.
- Onsite: Work primarily at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
