A growing Home Care business is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team overseeing quality of care for assigned clients and leading our clinical efforts. Compensation
  • $95-115K annual salary (Full-time, salaried role)

Responsibilities
  • supervising/training caregivers
  • advocating internally/in the community for our clients
  • conducting assessments, addressing client's clinical needs, authoring and monitoring care plans
  • on-boarding new clients, and more.

The role involves driving to visit clients within our service area north and west of Boston.

Qualifications
  • Massachusetts RN License (Required)
  • Min. 1 year experience serving the senior population. Hospice and/or palliative care experience preferred.
