Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a branch of The Key, connects private duty nurses (RN and LPN) and therapists with VIP clients for in-home care across shifts ranging from 2 hours to 12 hours. As a private pay service, cases are negotiated individually and paid on a per-diem or long-term basis.
Pay rates start at $40/hr and vary by client; candidates control their schedule as 1099 independent contractors and decide which cases to accept. High-quality, one-on-one in-home care is the focus.
