Position: LPN (Per Diem) — Train & Lead Home Care Teams

In this role, the LPN will train all field staff prior to working with their client. The LPN will provide ongoing

training, annual in-services and will be proactive in ensuring all staff are properly trained on equipment and

safety procedures. He/she is also responsible for client assessments, developing care plans and conducting

supervisory visits. This position will include being part of an on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current TB or Chest X-ray;
  Current CPR Certification
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Compassionate
• Enjoy caring for others
• Team Player
• Ability to conduct orientations and train staff
• Understanding of On-Call responsibilities
