PERM Director of Nursing

Job Title:

Director of Nursing Services (DON) Full-Time | Exempt | 40 Hours/Week
Our client is seeking an experienced  Director of Nursing Services (DON) to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing operations within a highly rated skilled nursing center. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role focused on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, staff development, and person-centered care.
Lead and oversee all nursing services and clinical operations.
Ensure compliance with Massachusetts and federal regulations and survey requirements.
Drive quality assurance, performance improvement, and infection prevention initiatives.
Oversee resident assessments, care planning, documentation, and clinical outcomes.
Promote a culture of dignity, resident satisfaction, and person-centered care.
Collaborate with physicians, families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams.
Develop and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
Current  RN license in Massachusetts  .
BSN  from an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience  in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Prior  Director of Nursing  experience required.
Strong knowledge of Massachusetts long-term care regulations and survey processes.
Proven experience with staff leadership, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
