Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Senior Research Associate I, Bioanalytical

At Keros, our mission is to deliver significant clinical benefit to a wide range of patients with disorders linked to dysfunctional signaling of the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-ß) family of proteins. With a focus on developing differentiated product candidates that alter TGF-β signaling, we aim to target the pathways critical for the growth, repair, and maintenance of blood cells and a number of tissues, including bone, skeletal muscle, adipose, and heart tissue.

We believe our product candidates have the potential to unlock the full therapeutic benefits of modulating the TGF-β superfamily and provide disease-modifying benefit to patients.

  • Perform internal testing of preclinical samples.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required by study needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or a related field with at least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in an industrial pharmaceutical or biotechnology lab setting.
  • Hands‑on experience with PK and ADA/immunoassay development and statistical data analysis is required.
  • Familiarity with FDA guidelines for bioanalytical methods.
  • Experience with biomarker methods (ELISA, MSD, Luminex) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and data interpretation.
  • Ability to work with demanding deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
