Role
Senior Scientist in Biologics Process Analytical Method Development, leading in-process analytical method design, transfer, and lifecycle management for biologics programs.
Responsibilities- develop, optimize, and implement high-throughput, phase-appropriate analytical methods using AQbD principles
- collaborate with Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality, and Stability teams to support method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting
- integrate automation tools and validate laboratory automation platforms
- serve as a scientific resource and trainer for analytical and automation technologies
- Ph.D., MSc., or BSc. in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, or related
- minimum of 3 years (Ph.D.), 6 years (MS), or 11 years (BS) industry experience
- proven expertise in chromatographic, electrophoretic, IEF, and ELISA assays
- experience with analytical method validation and lifecycle management
- knowledge of ICH and regulatory guidance
