Position Overview
The Sr. Order Administrator oversees the daily activities from customer purchase order through order fulfillment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction to our customers and partners by meeting needs in an efficient and timely manner.
Job DescriptionDuties and responsibilities
- Responsible for completing all incoming orders successfully through delivery.
- Resolve sales orders issues.
- Process approved Credit and Debit request via SF repository.
- Process Change Orders
- Point of contact for audits, which includes pulling necessary documentation from appropriate sources.
- Collaborate closely with Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams in order to resolve issues and create service improvements.
- Respond and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Train on new processes.
- Back-up other team members as needed.
- Assist with entry of Global Business group orders.
- Test SAP order changes to IT and Quality specifications.
- Monitor all team boxes and ensure appropriate turnaround time.
- Other duties as required and requested by Management or Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to adapt to a high‑pressure situation.
- Knowledge of SAP SD and processes and functionality.
Physical requirements
The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities:
- The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time.
- The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
- The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time.
- The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time.
Travel
- Occasional (up to 25%) travel may be required based on business need.
