Position: Real Estate Agent - For Solo Agents Ready to Stop Doing It All Alone

Overview

A few recent clients: A family in Seattle reached out about a $2M home in Boston. We also made a referral to help them sell their home on the West Coast. A couple relocating from Germany bought a $1.1M single-family in Wayland. A biotech professional relocating from Los Angeles closed on a condo in East Boston. A retired couple from New York City came to us looking for walkability at $2M.

A buyer looking at a $3M+ multi-family in Brookline. A family from Alaska at $1.8M. A family from Virginia at $1.2M. A couple from Colorado at $1.2M. A buyer from the UK at $1M. A couple from San Diego at $850K. All of these, plus many more, came through our You Tube channel in just the last 6 months.

Why This Matters If You're Solo

Going solo sounds great until you're in it. You keep the whole commission, but you also pay for everything: CRM, leads, marketing, signs, photography, your own coaching if you want any. You're the marketer, the lead gen engine, the transaction coordinator, the admin, and the agent all at once.

What The Work Looks Like

You'll follow up with inbound leads, run buyer and seller consultations, write offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients from the first call through closing. Many are moving here from out of state or overseas. Some are buying second homes. Some are relocating for biotech, tech, or research roles. Your job is to understand what they're actually looking for, help them make a good decision, and run a clean transaction.

We sharpen how you build your own pipeline: working your sphere, hosting open houses that convert, navigating Linked In, and leveraging AI. The leads we provide are the floor, not the ceiling.

  • Once you reach $125K+ in net income for the year, we provide health insurance and cover most of the cost.

Qualifications
  • This is a full-time role, not a side gig
  • Active Massachusetts real estate license
  • Schedule flexibility for evening and weekend client work
  • Coachable, even after running your own business
  • Understand this is consultative sales, not just relationship building or showing nice homes
  • Ready to follow proven systems and accept coaching
