Leasing Professionals are passionate about helping people find the perfect apartment home through a personalized sales experience. The role includes sales, marketing, and managing the customer experience in a fast paced environment.

• Assist prospective residents in finding and touring apartments that meet their needs.
• Guide residents through the sales process and close leases.
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the community through resident events and marketing campaigns.
• Maximize revenue by increasing closing ratios and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations.

• Subject-matter expert who tours prospective residents and guides them through the sales process.
• Passionate about building community relationships through events and marketing.
• Motivated to provide signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors.
• Strong sales background with ability to maximize revenue and close deals.

• Hourly rate: $22.50 - $24.50 plus performance bonuses.
