Allied Universal is currently hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Pharma Company in Lexington, MA.

Schedule:

Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Starting Pay: $22 per hour. Paid orientation and paid training.

Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license.

As a Security Officer in Lexington, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as healthcare. In a part‑time patrolled role with driving responsibilities, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, support access activities, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Schedule:

• Monday: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Saturday: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Sunday: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors and carry out security‑related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols and support orderly operations.
• Assist with reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations observed during patrols.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
