Overview
Gold Beech Construction is seeking a Handyman Technician in Lexington, MA. Full-Time | $25 - $32/hour. Solve Problems. Elevate Homes. Work With Purpose. We bring craftsmanship and care to every detail of our projects. We re looking for a Handyman Technician who thrives on variety—someone who can handle small repairs, light carpentry, and finishing tasks while representing our company with professionalism.
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and small installations in high-end residential homes.
- Handle light carpentry, drywall/plaster patching, painting, and hardware adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems on active projects.
- Support superintendents and project managers with punch lists.
- Ensure clean, safe, and client-ready job sites.
- 3+ years of handyman, construction, or maintenance experience.
- Skills across multiple trades (carpentry, painting, drywall/plaster, basic plumbing/electrical).
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation to projects across Greater Boston/Metro West.
- Competitive pay: $25 - $32/hour, based on experience.
